Job Responsibilities:

• Educate and advise clients on preventive healthcare, health screening packages, and wellness solutions.
• Build, develop, and manage your own client portfolio through networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
• Understand clients’ healthcare needs and recommend suitable screening and wellness programs.
• Deliver professional consultation and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Plan and manage your own work schedule to achieve personal and business goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and business development activities to enhance professional growth.
• Stay updated on healthcare trends, products, and services to provide accurate recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven and commission-based environment.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Experience in sales, insurance, property, financial services, healthcare, wellness, or consulting is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
