Content Moderator jobs

Employment Details:

• Official Role Title: Operations (Content MY) - HQHC
• Contract duration: 3 months (renewable)
• Working arrangement: Work from Home
• Working hours: Monday - Friday | 10 AM - 7 PM

Job Description:

• Responsible for the curation of marketplace content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the listings
• Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories
• Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions
• Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Content Moderation are welcome to apply
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required
• Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms
• Preferable Mandarin Speakers

Salary Package:

• Base salary: RM 1,700
• Incentives: RM 300
• Annual Leaves: Prorated according to the number of months working (1 month = 1 day of AL)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
