Job Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of and genuine passion for leading e-commerce product and service standards;
- Possess strong moderation skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the capability to make sound judgments informed by local market expertise;
- Review content within agreed turnaround timeframes and in accordance with established quality service standards;
- Ensure that content uploaded to the platform remains compliant with applicable policies and legal requirements, and uphold content safety protocols;
- Remain flexible in response to policy changes and shifting schedules, while strictly adhering to standard operating procedures;
- Escalate issues to Client in a timely manner in accordance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and this Statement of Work (SOW);
- Effectively manage and cope with queue volume surges during promotional seasons;
- Use Japanese as a working language, with the ability to communicate fluently on complex work-related matters, draft formal emails and reports, and accurately interpret policy documents without external support;
- Successfully complete and pass all mandatory product-related foundational training and qualifying assessments;
- Prior experience in the moderation services industry is preferred;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and dynamics; and
- Hold a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma;
- Possess a deep understanding of Japanese culture, with the ability to navigate and interpret the most nuanced cultural ambiguities and sensitive content with precision.
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
