Key Responsibilities:

• Play an integral part and responsible for defining and developing the exhibition and event department growth plan by strengthening sales and services and client excellence – including identification of key commercial objectives, strategy, tactics, potential risks, and industry opportunities.
• An effective communicator who can build strong relationship with keys clients contacts at a senior and strategic level to earn more about their event needs and challenges, gaining in mutual trust and respect.
• You are a navigator and have strong experience in creating and designing exhibiton or event programs for pitching, branding, content out the box ideas and creative approaches to improving audience engagement and interaction.
• Communicator to deal with different internal and external team in creating brief and brainstorming , monitor design progress and preparing project budgeting.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are cost-effective.
• Empower team synergy and positive team spirit to inspire motivation and creativity among team members.
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
