Job Overview

At Sometime by Asian Designers, creativity meets strategy to craft stories that truly resonate. We are seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead our creative direction and bring compelling brand stories to life across both digital and offline channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming ideas into impactful campaigns, stays ahead of industry trends, and has the leadership skills to inspire a high-performing creative team while driving brand growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns based on business objectives and product requirements across multiple platforms, including the website, EDM, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, and retail stores.
  • Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals, to deliver high-quality content across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing, Business, and E-commerce teams to ensure creative outputs align with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to develop engaging content, campaign concepts, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing, social media, fashion, and design trends to ensure creative content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee creative projects, ensuring timely execution while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including production houses, printers, agencies, and freelancers, to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Review and maintain the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables to ensure alignment with the brand's visual identity and standards.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media trends.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
