  • Multi-task oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to serve alcohol
  • Good team player with a pleasant personality
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and confident
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
  • Basic knowledge of menu items and ability to upsell/promote specials
  • Familiar with POS system and order-taking process (preferred)
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
  • Good coordination with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours while maintaining service standards
