Lokasi : Batu Rakit
Alamat : Klinik Perubatan Wildan 24 Jam, MBKT-PT 32097 (82759) & MBKT-PT 32098 (82760), Tingkat Bawah, Jalan Batu Rakit, Mengabang Telong, 21020 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

Tanggungjawab
- Menyambut pesakit dan pelawat dengan mesra serta profesional
- Mengendalikan pendaftaran pesakit, temujanji dan kemasukan data dalam sistem klinik
- Menjawab panggilan telefon, WhatsApp dan pertanyaan pesakit dengan jelas dan sopan
- Menguruskan bayaran, pengeluaran resit dan tuntutan panel/insurans
- Menyelaras aliran pesakit antara kaunter, bilik doktor dan farmasi
- Menyelesaikan aduan dan pertanyaan pesakit dengan cekap
- Menjaga kerahsiaan maklumat pesakit pada setiap masa
- Memastikan kawasan penyambut tetamu sentiasa kemas dan teratur
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
