Kickstart Your Engineering Career in the AEC & BIM Industry

The BECA (Bachelor of Engineering Career Advancement) Program is a structured Train & Deploy program designed to develop fresh graduates and junior engineering professionals into industry-ready BIM and AEC professionals.

Through this program, selected candidates will receive professional BIM training at an Autodesk Certified Training Centre, followed by employment opportunities and deployment to engineering projects across Singapore and Malaysia, with future opportunities in Australia and other international markets.

Program Structure
Stage 1 – Selection Process

Candidates will undergo:

• Resume Screening
• HR Interview
• Technical Assessment (if applicable)
• Final Interview
• Offer Letter & Program Acceptance

Stage 2 – Mandatory Onboarding

Selected candidates are required to report physically in Singapore on the first day of the program.

The onboarding session includes:

• HR Documentation
• Employment Formalities
• Program Orientation
• Training Briefing
• Laptop & System Verification

Stage 3 – Trial Period

All candidates will undergo a 5-working-day trial period before officially continuing with the BECA Program.

Stage 4 – Virtual Training

After the onboarding session, the remaining training will be conducted virtually.

Training Duration:

• Fresh Graduates: Approximately 2 months
• Junior Professionals: 30–45 days

Training Curriculum

The program includes comprehensive industry-focused training in:

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• BIM Modelling
• BIM Coordination
• Engineering Documentation
• AEC Standards & Practices
• Project-Based Practical Training

Training Allowance

Malaysian Candidates

• MYR 1,500 per month

Singaporean Candidates

• SGD 1,700 per month

Employment Upon Successful Completion

Successful participants will be offered employment upon completion of the program.

Salary (Malaysia)

• Bachelor's Degree: SGD 2,500 (Equivalent)
• Diploma: SGD 2,300 (Equivalent)

Career Opportunities

Upon successful completion, candidates may be deployed to projects in:

• BIM Consultancy
• Construction
• Engineering Consultancy
• Infrastructure
• MEP
• Architecture
• Industrial & Commercial Developments

Depending on project requirements, candidates may have opportunities to work on projects in Singapore, with future opportunities in Australia and other international locations.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,900.00 per month
