Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur (7 mins to LRT/MRT Sungai Besi)
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon - Fri)

About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze operational data to support business decisions and improve efficiency. You will ensure data accuracy, identify trends and irregularities, prepare reports, and work with different departments to maintain high-quality data and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data, including diesel consumption, warehouse inventory, fleet utilization, production, and other business performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, discrepancies, and operational risks through data analysis.
  • Perform data entry, data cleansing, data validation, and data massaging to maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Conduct regular audits on system data to identify incorrect, duplicate, or incomplete records.
  • Liaise with system users to correct inaccurate data entries and promote adherence to established data standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver meaningful analytical reports.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with actionable insights for management.
  • Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings and operational trends.a

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
