Job Requirements

  • Patient, caring, empathetic, and compassionate toward the elderly
  • Able to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willing to work 5 days a week with 12-hour shifts
  • Able to adapt to a shift-based environment (day and night shifts)
  • Capable of multitasking and communicating effectively with residents
  • Fresh graduates and SPM holders are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating
  • Perform daily care routines effectively and efficiently to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Escort or transport residents to medical and other appointments
  • Observe, monitor, and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, and needs
  • Maintain accurate and complete healthcare records and reports
  • Support and adapt residents’ care plans based on their conditions and responses
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to help residents perform daily activities
  • Act as a positive role model for residents at all times
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld and deliver a high level of care
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to continuous service improvement within the care team

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
