Full job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds from multiple café outlets.
  • Observe daily operations and identify any SOP or operational non-compliance.
  • Record and document incidents accurately with supporting evidence.
  • Prepare daily and weekly monitoring reports.
  • Escalate serious incidents immediately to HR and Operations.
  • Review recorded footage whenever required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all CCTV recordings and company information.
  • Work closely with the IT Department regarding CCTV system issues.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Areas to Monitor

  • You will monitor operational standards including:
  • Outlet opening readiness
  • Hostess presence at entrance
  • Customer service standards
  • Table clearing and reset timing
  • Staff grooming and uniform compliance
  • Food hygiene practices
  • Staff using mobile phones during working hours
  • Staff loitering or grouping
  • Manager presence on the floor
  • Cash handling observations
  • Any unusual incidents, misconduct or security concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Good observation and analytical skills.
  • Able to write clear incident reports.
  • Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to remain focused while monitoring CCTV for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, retail or F&B operations is an added advantage.

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,250.00 per month
