Job Description:

• Drive hospital vehicles safely and responsibly for official duties.
• Dispatch and collect documents, parcels, medical reports, laboratory specimens, medications, and supplies between hospitals.
• Assist in transporting patients, visitors, or staff when required.
• Ensure prompt delivery and collection of items according to scheduled timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained..
• Support departmental administrative and logistics duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, traffic regulations, and safety requirements.
• Respond to urgent transportation requests from various hospital departments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Must have a valid car and motorcycle driving license with a minimum of 3 years clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, eye sight & color blindness test.
• Must own Motorcycle.
• Familiar with the highways, short-cuts, major roads and landmarks in Ipoh.
• Must be willing and available to work on flexible hours.
