Full job description
1. Strategic People & Culture Projects
- Support the planning and implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives, including the Culture Elevation Blueprint.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of People & Culture programmes.
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Learning & Talent Development
- Manage Learning & Development programmes, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, leadership development, career development, succession planning, and competency development programmes.
- Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and prepare training reports.
- Liaise with HRDC, training providers, educational institutions, and other external partners.
3. Organizational Development & Employee Experience
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives through competency-based learning interventions.
- Analyze People data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
4. Other Responsibilities
- Support departmental projects and maintain confidentiality of People & Culture information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of People & Culture or Management.
Pay: RM3,922.38 - RM9,118.94 per month
