Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Production Line Management

• Plan and update the master production schedule
• Ensure production output meets targets
• Ensure all production complies with quality requirements
• Plan and control manpower, overtime, raw materials, and parts for production activities
• Maintain minimum rejection rate
• Implement 5S practices in the production line
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements
• Lead line leaders and operators in all production activities and resolve issues
• Respond to and resolve production problems promptly

2. Process Improvement

• Monitor and determine cycle time
• Continuously improve production processes

3. Material Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel on material preparation
• Ensure timely supply of materials for production

4. On-Time Production

• Ensure all orders are completed on schedule
• Work closely with production planners to update order status

5. Other Duties

• Perform any other tasks assigned to support smooth daily operations

Academic Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
• Candidates with relevant certifications in production, quality, or operations management will be an advantage

Working Expirence

• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Experience in production planning, line supervision, and process improvement is preferred
• Familiar with 5S, ISO standards, and quality control practices
• Experience in managing manpower and meeting production targets
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
