Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops with industry-relevant course materials
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness and develop assessments
- Conduct research, publish academic work, and stay updated with industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance
- Engage in training programs and institutional initiatives for continuous improvement
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal development
Key Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant STEM discipline
- Industry experience with teaching exposure is preferred
- Ability to inspire and motivate students with engaging teaching methods
- Passion for delivering high-quality education in a positive learning environment
- Flexible, resilient, and innovative in teaching approaches
- Published work is an advantage
- Willing to travel when required
