Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness and develop assessments
• Conduct research, publish academic work, and stay updated with industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance
• Engage in training programs and institutional initiatives for continuous improvement
• Mentor and support students in their academic and personal development

Key Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant STEM discipline
• Industry experience with teaching exposure is preferred
• Ability to inspire and motivate students with engaging teaching methods
• Passion for delivering high-quality education in a positive learning environment
• Flexible, resilient, and innovative in teaching approaches
• Published work is an advantage
• Willing to travel when required
