Full job description
Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Civil Engineering disciplines.
- Supervise undergraduate final year projects and postgraduate (Master’s/PhD) research where applicable.
- Monitor and report student performance, achievement, and attendance.
- Participate in curriculum development, assessment design, and academic planning in line with quality assurance standards.
- Contribute to the development, administration, and marking of exam papers and other assessment instruments.
- Support industry‑linked activities, workshops, and professional engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 1 year combined experience in industry and teaching (civil engineering practice and tertiary teaching/lecturing).
- Solid knowledge of civil engineering subjects and ability to teach across a broad range.
- Familiarity with academic quality standards, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
