Job Title: Account Analyst / Account Analysis Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Analysis Executive with a solid accounting foundation to support daily financial analysis, account reconciliation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be analytical, well-organised, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

⁠ ⁠Review, reconcile, and monitor general ledger accounts

⁠ ⁠Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and variances, and follow up accordingly

⁠ ⁠Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit preparation

⁠ ⁠Prepare basic financial analysis and reports for management

⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal teams and external parties (auditors, banks, vendors) when required

⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation and support for accounting records

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or account analysis

⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is an advantage)

⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organised

⁠ ⁠Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

⁠ ⁠Experience with accounting software or ERP systems

⁠ ⁠Prior experience in account reconciliation or financial reporting

⁠ ⁠Audit exposure is a plus

Salary Range

⁠ ⁠RM 5k - 8k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
