Facilities Management
Who You Will Be Working For
Our client is a prominent corporation located in the Bayan Lepas industrial area. With rapid expansion underway, they are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead their Facilities Management division at a strategic level.

What You Will Be Doing

- Enterprise‑wide Facilities Strategy — design and implement long‑term facilities plans that align with corporate growth, sustainability, and compliance objectives.
- Regulatory & Stakeholder Liaison — represent the company with local utilities, regulatory authorities, and government agencies on matters of electrical supply, infrastructure, and compliance.
- Infrastructure Development — lead planning and execution of utilities setup for new production operations, plant expansions, and relocations.
- Operational Excellence — oversee preventive maintenance programs for major facilities equipment, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Sustainability Leadership — drive energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with EHS and legal requirements.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership — chair monthly energy management and sustainability meetings, influencing cross‑departmental practices and corporate reporting.
- Risk & Crisis Management — establish emergency response protocols and ensure readiness for fire authority inspections, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory audits.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven Leadership — minimum 5 years in a senior managerial role, with at least 12–15 years of progressive experience in facilities and plant equipment management.
- Strategic Expertise — demonstrated ability to design and execute facilities strategies in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Technical Depth — strong knowledge of air handling, water processes, compressed air, utility sources, and EHS compliance (hazardous waste, air quality, water discharge, emergency response).
- Greenfield Experience — track record in setting up facilities for new plants or production lines is a strong advantage.
- Educational Background — bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; advanced qualifications in EHS or facilities management preferred.
- Influence & Governance — ability to engage with senior leadership, regulators, and cross‑functional teams to drive consensus and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
