1.0 Job Responsibilities

1. Cafeteria Management

- Manage daily cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and timely resolution of employee feedback.

2. Cleaning Supervision

- Oversee cleaning operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, production support areas, and common facilities in accordance with company standards.

3. Visitor Management

- Handle factory visitor reception in accordance with SOPs, ensuring proper arrangements and service delivery.

4. Staff Hostel Inspection

- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of staff hostels, coordinate accommodation and logistics matters, handle administrative and emergency issues, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment.

5. General Administration & Team Coordination

- Coordinate daily administrative activities, document work progress, communicate issues and requirements with relevant stakeholders, and support smooth execution of departmental operations.

6. Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior.

2.0 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with administrative and logistics operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Professional conduct and strong time-management skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is preferred (for liaison with China-based teams)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
