Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities.
* Assign tasks and monitor the performance of farm workers.
* Ensure proper planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
* Monitor flower growth and maintain crop quality.
* Inspect flowers before harvesting and packing.
* Keep records of production, supplies, and worker attendance.
* Ensure farm equipment is properly maintained.
* Follow and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Report farm progress and any issues to management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
