Work Location: V21 Residences, Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP), Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our new restaurant outlet located at V21 Residences, KKIP.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Explain menu items, promotions, and answer customers’ questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately enter orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues according to company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, cashier counter, beverage station, and other front-of-house areas.
• Clear and reset tables, return used trays and utensils to the kitchen, and ensure the restaurant is always clean and organized.
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping floors, washing and sanitizing utensils, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and complying with grooming standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to commit to long-term employment.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
