DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support First Article (FA) submission and FA continuous improvement.
• Create and maintenance FA data base.
• Responsible to perform measuring and visual inspection on all NPI parts.
• Prepare FAIR package in according to customer’s requirement.
• Compile FAIR report and supportive document (mill certificate, surface treatment and finishing certificate, COC, and BOM List) as per customer requirement.
• Prepare bubble drawing and FA template in advance before or after receiving First Article samples.
• Ensure FA sample are measured and inspected meet the specification requirement.
• Conduct measurement using appropriate equipment and method.

REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Science field or 2 years experiences in related field.
• Familiar with Manufacturing Processes.
• Knowledge of quality system tool such as SPC, Cpk, measurement system.
• Problem solving skills.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawing
• Experience in using measurement equipment (calliper’s, plug gauges, micrometer's)
