Job Summary

Aisling Group is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Videographer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and digital platforms.

This internship provides hands-on experience across the full creative production process, from concept development and filming to editing, graphic design, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and produce video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Capture and edit interviews, events, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.
• Add motion graphics, titles, captions, color correction, sound effects, and audio enhancements to video projects.
• Design social media graphics, presentation templates, marketing materials, and other print and digital assets.
• Create website banners, landing page visuals, and other web-ready creative materials.
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and content ideas.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, design materials, and completed assets.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed about current video, graphic design, and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignments.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production, graphic design, or related creative work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with short-form social media formats, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Photography or photo-editing experience.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
