Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring site activities
• Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Prepare project reports, letters, and technical documentation
• Review and update project drawings
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Monitor project progress and maintain proper records
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
• Able to prepare letters, reports, and project documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and work in a construction site environment
• Experience in earthwork, drainage, infrastructure, dredging, or land reclamation projects will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel to site when required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
