Are you passionate about product development, fashion, and bringing new ideas to life?
Afiya by Siti Nurhaliza is looking for a Product Development & Merchandising Executive to support the planning, development and production of our growing product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare product briefs, specifications, materials, colours and sizing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and production partners.
- Monitor product development timelines from sampling to production.
- Manage inventory planning, stock replenishment and product documentation.
- Review product performance and recommend improvements based on sales data.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, Marketing or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising or a related role.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in product development are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in fashion, apparel or modest wear industry is an added advantage.
