About the Role

A MNC Manufacturer is looking a Facilities Safety Executive to support the daily safety and facilities operations of the manufacturing plant. This role is suitable for candidates with at least one year of experience in manufacturing, facilities management, or Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) who are looking to grow their career.

You will work closely with the Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate building maintenance and facility repairs.
• Monitor fire protection systems and emergency equipment.
• Support Permit-to-Work activities for contractors.
• Conduct contractor safety inductions.
• Assist in accident and near-miss investigations.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
• Organize emergency drills and safety training.
• Support compliance with DOSH, ISO 45001, and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Experience in manufacturing, facilities, maintenance, or EHS are added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations and risk assessment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
