Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service & Sales Assistant (Work From Home)
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month
Location: Remote / Work From Home
About Us
We are a growing house-call doctor service providing medical consultations and treatments in the comfort of patients' homes. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Service & Sales Assistant to manage enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and support daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries & Sales
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries professionally.
- Explain our home doctor services to potential patients.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with leads and previous enquiries to maximize bookings.
- Build rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of all customer enquiries and communications.
- Update and manage patient enquiry databases.
- Prepare and issue invoices promptly after services are completed.
- Track daily sales, collections, and expenses.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Team Collaboration
- Attend online meetings with the business owner and management team.
- Provide updates on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Assist with operational coordination when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, healthcare administration, or clinic operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

- Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and empathetic when dealing with patients.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
