Job description

• provide comprehensive nursing care to the President’s office & Senior Management Staff.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of the patient’s physical and mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the patient’s needs, preferences, and goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient’s healthcare provider.
• Monitor vital signs, observe and document changes in the patient’s condition, and report any concerns or abnormalities and categorise the diagnostic or health findings.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to the patient and their family members.
• Educate the patient about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other members of staff from other departments (HR /
• Management), to ensure coordinated care when necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments and accompany the patient to healthcare visits within official working hours.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Monitor and manage medical equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies or sudden changes in the patient’s condition, following established protocols.
• Foster a safe and comfortable environment for the client, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Operate and maintain in-house clinic, will be fully in-charge clinically and administratively.
• Ensure all medical devices & equipment in clinic is functioning & maintain well & update weekly checklist.
• Provide CPR during emergency cases.
• Accompany patient to hospital by ambulance immediately for emergency cases.Any other assignment assigned from time to time.
• Monitor, review and, if appropriate, provide suggestion for improving the quality of the work place to HR.
• Travel to respective work stations/locations that requires in-house medical support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 – RM6,000.00 per month
