Full Time Cleaning Hospital jobs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and techniques
• Ensure consistency of taste, quality, and presentation of beverages by following company standards
• Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address concerns professionally and empathetically
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, cleaning schedules, and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with other baristas and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak periods
• Create and participate in social media content during working hours, ensuring at least one (1) post is published on store during working days
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader

Requirements:

● No experience is encouraged to apply because training will be provided
● Maintain a clean work environment
● Strong customer service and communication skills
● Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
● Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
