Brew Crew Opportunity

We’re looking for warm, attentive baristas who enjoy creating great guest experiences. You’ll learn the craft of coffee and tea, build valuable skills and help every guest Find Their Flavor.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver a simply the best coffee and tea experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Guide guests through our coffee and tea offerings, helping them discover flavours they'll enjoy while creating welcoming and memorable experiences.
• Prepare and serve beverages, food, and merchandise accurately, efficiently, and in line with brand standards.
• Share product knowledge, our coffee and tea heritage, and sustainability initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Process cash and other payment transactions accurately, honestly, and responsibly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised café by following food safety, health, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Brew Crew to deliver exceptional service and support a positive team environment.

Your Ingredients

We're looking for people who are passionate about creating great guest experiences and helping others Find Their Flavor.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a hospitality role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Willingness to learn, embrace feedback, and continuously develop new skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
