Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with basic accounting duties including preparing reports and maintaining relevant records.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
