Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in administration, customer service or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with basic accounting duties including preparing reports and maintaining relevant records.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
