Full job description

JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible to ensure all activities related to Registration & Admission are properly monitored and effectively carried out with minimum interruption.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Responsible for abswering internal / external call. As an information dest to answer patients/ customer queries.

b) Responsible to Registering , charging & cashiering for patients.

c) Responsible for updating charges into system and collecting payment / deposit from patients.

d) Responsible for requesting and monitoring Guarantee Letter (GL) issue by Managed Care Orginasation (MCO) / Third Party Administrator (TPA) for patient admitted under medical card.

After Office Hours (AOH)

e) Responsible for all necessary actions to be taken in recovering the excess amount/ none-cover items/ outstanding amount (due to decline cases) that is stated on the GL issued by

MCO/ TPA After Office Hours (AOH)

f) Any other duties as assigned by superior.
