Who This Role Is Best For

If you love being where the action is, this role is for you. We are looking for a hands-on operations specialist to drive efficiency right from the warehouse floor. You will be at the heart of our logistics, managing inventory and solving bottlenecks in real time to ensure flawless procurement and fulfilment.

• Operational Problem Solver: You don’t just identify issues; you independently propose and implement comprehensive, long-term solutions.
• Strategic Stakeholder Manager: You excel at managing up and communicating across cross-functional teams, maintaining rigorous operational standards while navigating complex logistics.
• Regional Logistics Expert: You have a proven track record in supply planning or warehouse management, specifically within an SME or e-commerce environment.
• Growth Mindset: You consistently exceed KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to scale operations as ORA continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily warehouse operations in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring peak efficiency and precision in every shipment.
• Optimise fulfilment workflows and warehouse capacity by identifying and resolving bottlenecks directly on the floor.
• Lead procurement and inventory management strategies to maintain seamless stock availability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align supply chain operations with ORA's rapid growth targets.
• Cultivate a high-performance operational culture by leading the team from the front with high standards.

What You Bring

You are a mid-level professional with a background in dynamic logistics environments, demonstrating the versatility to wear multiple hats.

• A background in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management that helps you navigate complex logistics.
• Experience in supply planning or e-commerce warehouse management, ideally within a fast-paced SME environment.
• The ability to be a consistent presence in our Malaysia warehouse, with a readiness to travel to Singapore when needed.
