Summary:

To assist and facilitate Pharmaniaga LifeScience Sdn. Bhd. (PLS) on digital transformation activities and projects by using MS Power BI and train PLS staff of using the MS Power BI (basic). Certain data and records of operation will be converted to meaningful information for analysis and decision of operation.

Responsibilities:

Assist PLS to embark on digital transformation and realization of aspiration towards Factory of the Future, with scope of works:

  • Compilation of routine PLS operation data.
  • Analyze the data for meaningful information.
  • Using Power BI to develop a PLS Management Dashboard for operation monitoring.
  • Develop a single gateway or portal of information related to PLS business and product for easy reference for better marketing reference.
  • Develop a continuous manufacturing timeline for easy tracking of every batch's progress.
  • Develop an e-learning platform for a better Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Any digital transformation activities and IT infrastructure revolution at PLS as requested by the Management.
  • Deliver basic training on Microsoft 365, MS Office, MS Project, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI and MS Access to PLS staff.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
