Position Overview:

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to support daily trade operations across global equity markets. The role is responsible for managing trade booking, allocation verification, reconciliation, and trade confirmations for regional offices including Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and the US.
• The role works closely with traders, brokers, settlement teams, and institutional clients to ensure accurate and timely processing throughout the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform trade booking and allocation for global markets including the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
• Verify trade details such as trade date, settlement date, quantity, commission, and FX rates prior to confirming allocations.
• Prepare and distribute trade confirmations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile broker confirmations against internal trade records and resolve discrepancies.
• Upload and maintain trade contracts in internal systems (e.g., Fidessa, NOVA, DTCC).
• Coordinate with traders, brokers, and settlement teams to ensure accurate trade processing.
• Prepare interoffice reports for regional offices (Hong Kong, Malaysia, and US).
• Process trade amendments, cancellations, and rebooking requests based on client or internal instructions.
• Support contract issuance, risk file uploads, and FX rate updates where required.
• Assist in CTM matching and settlement preparation to ensure timely settlement of trades.
• Handle client and internal queries related to trade operations.
• Perform daily trade reconciliation and end-of-day checks to ensure operational accuracy.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Trade Operations within financial institutions or brokerage firms preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

*Employment contract will be under Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd with staff benefit ie:16 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, 60 days hospitalisation leave, 98 days maternity leave, EPF, Socso, EIS, Insurance & Medical coverage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
