Job Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule and synchronize capacities (i.e. compounding, production, maintenance, hand mould (‘special team’), online packing, offline packing and powder free teams’ capacities) of the factory in a pro-active manner.
• ensure all necessary materials, machines and labours are available in a timely manner
• ensure all existing orders can be fulfilled on time and liaise with sales team for future orders commitment
• monitor and maintain an optimum inventory level of goods
• initiate change on production schedule in accordance to latest orders demand and inventory balance
• manage the balance gloves inventory to cater for current sales orders and forecast
• act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure smooth work coordination
• assist in overseeing and coordinating the distribution of most up to date work orders to purchasing operations, container planning operations and shipping operations.
• assist in container pull out decision
• coordinate on non-conforming gloves with relevant teams

Job Requirement

• Degree in management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good with Microsoft Excel
• possess data analysis, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Preferably with some background in demand and supply planning, production scheduling, or supply chain

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
