JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design of high-impact marketing materials including digital banners, landing pages, social media content, and branding assets.

  • Collaborate on visual brand strategy to ensure design output aligns with the brand’s voice and business goals.

  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers to elevate overall team output.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of design projects.

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve visual quality and efficiency.

  • Translate creative briefs and client feedback into actionable, innovative design solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma or similar tools.

  • Strong creative vision with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
