Full job description

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can wear multiple creative hats — design, product photography, and social video content — to bring our jewelry brand to life across digital and print media. You'll be the visual voice behind our product launches, social media campaigns, and e-commerce presence — helping customers fall in love with our collections before they ever step into a store.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on creative who wants full ownership of a brand's visual output, from concept and shoot to final edit, and enjoys the challenge of making premium, high-value products shine — in stills, motion, and design.

What You'll Do

Graphic Design

  • Design visuals for social media, e-commerce listings, and digital campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website banners)
  • Create marketing collateral including posters, brochures, lookbooks, and in-store promotional materials
  • Maintain and evolve our brand visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Prepare print-ready artwork files for packaging, signage, and promotional print runs

Product Photography

  • Shoot jewelry product photos for e-commerce, catalogues, and social media, capturing fine detail in gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship
  • Set up and manage lighting, backdrops, and macro/close-up shots suited to small, reflective items
  • Retouch and enhance photos to jewelry-industry standards (clean, luxurious, true-to-detail)

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form product videos for social media (TikTok, Reels, Instagram)
  • Create engaging video content for new launches, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes brand storytelling
  • Handle basic motion graphics and sound/music syncing for polished, scroll-stopping content

General

  • Stay on top of current design and social media trends and proactively suggest fresh content ideas, formats, and campaign angles
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute seasonal campaigns (e.g. CNY, bridal season, festive gifting)

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Photography, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, or content creation (agency, retail, or e-commerce brand experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, product photography, and social video work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva a plus
  • Hands-on experience with a mobile photography ideally for small/product photography
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
  • Photo retouching skills — comfortable working with fine detail (jewelry, gemstones, metals)
  • Eye for elegant, premium visual aesthetics across stills, motion, and design
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Bonus: experience shooting reflective/small products, AI design tools, or basic 3D/motion graphics
  • Strong awareness of current design and social media trends — able to translate trending formats, styles, and content ideas (e.g. TikTok/Reels trends, viral formats, seasonal aesthetics) into fresh ideas for the brand
