Full job description

We are looking for a meticulous and people-oriented HR Officer to oversee our day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will handle full-spectrum HR duties, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, compliance with local labor laws, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the monthly payroll process accurately, ensuring timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/MTD
  • Handle the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave management, and grievances
  • Maintain strict compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and other relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Coordinated learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and organising internal and external training programmes
  • Assist and manage daily HR duties and functions.
  • To undertake human resource and administration function and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of working experience in HR operations. (Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply for a junior track)
  • Highly organized, discreet with sensitive information, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
