Full job description

  • Develop, implement, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and other documentation according to Jakim Halal compliance guidelines.
  • Responsible in conducting quarterly internal audit / inspections for outlets.
  • Responsible in overseeing the Pest Control System implemented at outlets.
  • To conduct Halal Awareness Training & assist in Halal Internal Audit.
  • Developing and delivering training programs (in-house).
  • Assist to maintain and deliver Halal training in issues related topics to warehouse/outlet staff.
  • Responsible in ensuring staff outlet adhere to Halal requirement.
  • To conduct pre & post inspections for newly opening stores according to Jakim Halal compliance guidelines.
  • To evaluate and qualifying new produces from suppliers not in the Approved Suppliers List (Work closely with R&D team).
  • To involve in performing internal and external audits to determine compliance to Food Safety/HACCP/GMP and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaison with government and/or certification bodies in relevant to Jakim Halal compliance on operational matters for outlet & Warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
