  • Bertanggungjawab dalam proses penghantaran makanan kepada pesakit dan pengutipan makanan pesakit (menggunakan troli Hot & Cold yang disediakan).
  • Menghantar makanan - mengikut diet yang betul - selari dengan nama pesakit
  • Pemporsian makanan (Sistem Trayline) - Pastikan porsi makanan yang dihidangkan mengikut jenis diet pesakit.
  • Semasa tiba di wad, pastikan borang penghantaran makanan dicop dan ditandatangani oleh pihak wad sebagai bukti makanan telah dihantar (Penalti akan dikenakan jika gagal).
  • Peralatan hidangan akan dikutip selepas 1 jam waktu hidangan terakhir diberikan kepada pesakit (Pastikan kutip set hidangan dengan lengkap)
  • Tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.
