As our hospital continues to expand, we are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent patient care and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors in the clinic.
  • Attend to patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule patients' follow-up appointments, procedures, and treatments.
  • Prepare patients' medical records, laboratory, and imaging results before consultations.
  • Print and prepare required forms.
  • Ensure patient charges are entered correctly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and wards.
  • Chaperone doctors during the examination of female patients when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, caring, and service-oriented personality.
