Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors in the clinic.
- Attend to patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule patients' follow-up appointments, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare patients' medical records, laboratory, and imaging results before consultations.
- Print and prepare required forms.
- Ensure patient charges are entered correctly.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and wards.
- Chaperone doctors during the examination of female patients when required.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, caring, and service-oriented personality.
