Full job description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Front Counter Assistant to manage patient billing, payment collection, and insurance/panel coordination.
Location: Section 14, Shah Alam
Vacancy available at:
- Avisena Specialist Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and explain bills/invoices to patients
- Collect payments (cash, online & credit card)
- Process Guarantee Letters (GL) and liaise with panel/insurance
- Assist with patient registration and admission
- Handle daily cashier opening & closing
- Ensure all billing documents are properly filed
Working Hours (Shift):
- 7.00 AM – 2.00 PM
- 2.00 PM – 9.00 PM
- 9.00 PM – 7.00 AM
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work shifts
- Experience in hospital/clinic billing is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
