Full job description

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architect, Built Environment, Building Management, Engineering or others in building construction related field.
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in architecture works.
  • Able to co-ordinate with other related works, namely C&S, M&E, and other specialist works.
  • Past experience in construction of Hospital is and added advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Examine technical specifications, architectural drawings, and material submissions to make sure they meet project requirements.
  • Ensure that construction is done in compliance with authority requirements, hospital standards, approved drawings, and healthcare rules.
  • To address design and site coordination concerns, communicate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Monitor on the site's development, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
