RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist doctors in examination, procedures and emergency cases.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, injections, dressing and sample collection.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and emergency supplies.
• Respond promptly to emergency cases and support patient stabilisation.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment.
• Assist in triage and patient flow coordination in A&E.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and stock of medical consumables and equipment.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols and hospital SOPs.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Medical Assistant, Medical and Health Sciences or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in clinic or hospital (Emergency experience preferred).
• Able to work in shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to work under pressure.
