Job Summary

• Responsible the clerical and porter work in the department, including managing the front counter activities as well as typing the reports.
• Ensure the department meets or exceeds it objectives, and the mission, policies, objectives, and core values of the Company.

Key Roles

• Open and close counter timely
• Register patient, enter charges, finalize bill, collect payment and generate deposit collection receipt correctly.
• Perform manually when hospital information system is down, inform the customers that there will be a delay.
• Proper compilation of bills generated together with their order entry form.
• Attend to customer's enquiries and provide relevant information in a friendly manner.
• Release X-Ray film with report to patient.
• Communicate with relevant unit/ward to take back their patient.
• Manage and send X-Ray reports when required.

Qualification and Requirement

• Minimum SPM and above
• Have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare industry will have an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
