Ready to take full ownership of hotel performance, people and profitability?

This is a leadership role with visibility across the entire operation — from guest experience and hotel operations to revenue, F&B, sales and financial performance.

What You'll Lead

  • Oversee the entire hotel across Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Finance & Engineering
  • Lead and develop department teams while driving a strong performance culture
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth & cost control
  • Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall commercial performance
  • Strengthen guest experience, service standards & brand reputation
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B, events and partnerships
  • Ensure operational, safety and regulatory standards are maintained

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager or in senior hotel management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong hotel operations and commercial management experience
  • Proficient in Opera Full Service PMS
  • Strong Excel/reporting capabilities, including Pivot Tables and large data sets
  • Strong understanding of hotel performance metrics including ADR & RevPAR
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, accountable and comfortable solving complex operational challenges
  • Strong integrity, communication and stakeholder-management skills
