Competitive Salary: RM7,500 – RM11,000

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee guest room housekeeping operations, manpower, service quality and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 3–4 Housekeeping Supervisors and ~70 local & foreign staff.
- Oversee daily guest room cleanliness, room readiness and housekeeping standards.
- Plan manpower based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
- Manage budget, P&L, staff costs and operating expenses.
- Monitor occupancy, room revenue and housekeeping costs.
- Manage linen, housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Prepare operational, manpower and cost reports for management.
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years' housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year as Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager in a 4-star hotel/resort.
- Experience managing a 250–400 room property and a large housekeeping team.
- Strong knowledge of room housekeeping, manpower planning, budgeting, P&L and cost control.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on, confident and able to manage a diverse workforce.
- Willing to relocate to Bentong.
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
