Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to their seats in the lounge to ensure a warm and professional first impression.
  • Provide attentive food and beverage service by anticipating guests’ needs throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness, layout, and overall presentation of the lounge area in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant certificate in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar or related role.
  • Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
  • Experience working in a hotel environment is an added advantage.
