Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking enquiries.
• Perform cashiering duties and daily cash balancing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room availability and status updates.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain guest records accurately in PMS system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly closing reports.
• Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• Customer service or hotel experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer/PMS knowledge.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
