Full job description
Job Scope:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, systems, and best practices.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures comply with current government regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all HR documents and filing systems.
- Provide counseling and advice on performance management, disciplinary issues, and all HR policies and procedures.
- Develop training and development programs
- Actively involved in recruitment process
- Prepare monthly employee compensation using payroll software in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collect and verify daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets and calculate allowances as applicable.
Requirements:
- DIPLOMA / DEGREE / MASTER / FRESH GRADUATE ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
- BAHASA MELAYU & ENGLISH (SPEAK & WRITING)
- GOOD ATTITUDE AND ABLE TO MAINTAIN HIGH CONFIDENTIAL WITH NECESSARY INFORMATION
- WILLING TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AT KIOSK WHENEVER REQUESTED INCLUDING WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Working days:
- 5 DAYS
Salary Range:
- INCLUDING STATUTORY
- SALARY PACKAGE WILL BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE
