Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Café Manager to lead the daily operations of Aida Café. The successful candidate will oversee café operations, manage the team, maintain food quality and service standards, and ensure an excellent dining experience for students, staff, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Aida Café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and supervise the café team, including baristas, kitchen, and floor crew.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Support café promotions, menu improvements, and other operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of café operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing a café or casual dining outlet is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant: 1 year (Required)
